The spectators where handing out donuts and beer. Lots of donuts - the fresh from the oven bakery type of donuts. To which, when my running mate, Lara, overheard another runner make a comment that runners do not drink beer or eat donuts, Lara replied, "maybe not so much donuts, but beer, yes." Beer and donuts on the course, just another reason to go back next year.Lananoreply@blogger.com
