This week our weekly long run will be on Saturday at 6:30 starting from the 0 marker at Memorial Park. We are running on long on Saturday so that everyone can rally together to volunteer at the Rockets Run on Sunday, one of our club moneymakers.
In lieu of River Oaks, we'll head down Allen Parkway and follow the bayou. Water and Gatorade will be dropped in two different locations for your convenience.Please note that there will be no water or gatorade out on Sunday morning if you show up at the park to do the River Oaks loop.
