On Sunday, June 26, Yoga Athletex will be hosting a post run, yoga cool down at Memorial Park. Meet at 8:30 AM on the Stretch Deck following your Sunday run and bring your yoga mat!

Yoga Athletex keeps athletes moving, regardless of their limitations, with responsive programming based in yoga, sports performance training and mindfulness. Our vision is to create a healthier life-long athletic community in Houston, from youth to adult athletes.

During our 30 minute session, we will give you the tools you need to stretch, increase mobility and prevent injury specific to long distance runners. Already working through an injury? Don’t worry, we’ll have modifications for you too! Because, we keep you moving!

More information on Yoga Athletex can be found HERE.

In addition, we’ll have light snacks for you to fuel properly. We’ve partnered with Larrikin to provide all natural and handmade muesli & energy balls made here in Houston. Seriously tasty & free of refined sugar & artificial preservatives. Larrikin is a little taste of Aussie in Texas.

See you on the mat!
