BCRR Virtual 5K May 1st - 5th

Compete against your fellow BCRR Members in a Virtual 5K in the first 5 days of May!

How to participate:

1. Run a 5K between May 1st @ 5AM and May 5th @ 10PM
2. Submit results on the BCRR website
• Include link to Strava Activity
  OR
• Submit photo evidence of GPS timing INCLUDING splits
3. Awards will be presented to:
• Overall Top Male & Female
• Top Age-Graded Male & Female
• Best Virtual Running Selfie
