Hope that everyone is safe, keeping cool, and in recovery mode after Beryl barreled through town this week. We know some are still without power and/or have property damage. If anyone needs help, please respond to this email or post on our Facebook page. We are a community for each other. This club has survived a few natural disasters in the last 40 years!  KM

Weekly Club Runs

Mellow Monday 7 pm at Memorial Park Tennis Center (on trail in front of Center) for a 3 mile casual paced run around the Park and dinner to follow	Wednesday Run 6:30 pm at First Christian Church for a 3-6 mile run around Rice University and Hermann Park followed by drinks at Valhalla	Friday Speedwork 5:30 am at Memorial Park Running Center. Contact Peter Griffiths for more info	Sunday Long Run 6:30 am at Memorial Park Tennis Center (on trail in front of Center) for a 10-12 mile supported run w/ water at 2 locations followed by breakfast at Whole Foods in Montrose (701 Waugh Dr Houston, TX 77019)
